The Municipality Of Dagami, Through The Annual Investment Plan 2024 (edf2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Four Pesos & 37/100 Only (2,199,874.37) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Municipal Gymnasium/aip2024(edf2024)-8000-000-3-1-10-000-015-dag-2024(018). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Dagami Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
