Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest/single Calculated And Responsive Bid. 6. Terms Of Payment Shall Be Made Through Check/ Ada Payable To The Supplier. 7. Warranty Shall Be For A Period Of Six (6) Months For Goods And One (1) Year For Equipment From Date Of Acceptance By The Procuring Entity. 8. Price Quotation/s, To Be Denominated In Philippine Peso And Shall Be Inclusive Of Tax, Duties, And/or Levies Payable And Its Validity, Shall Be For A Period Of 30 Calendar Days From Its Submission, For Goods And Six (6) Months For Services. 9. Pending The Perfection Of Purchase Order/service Agreement/contract Of Service, The Lgu Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bid Proposals Or Declare The Bidding A Failure, Or Not To Award The Contract, And Make No Assurance That A Contract Shall Be Entered Into As A Result Of This Invitation. 10. We May Purchase From You Any Or All Articles In Quotation Subject To Existing Regulations, In Case Your Offer Would Be Considered Advantageous To The Municipality Of Concepcion, Romblon. 11. If You Have No Actual Stock For Immediate Delivery, Do Not Quote, But Write In The Phrase “no Stock” And Sign Your Name Beside It. 12. In Case Two Or More Bidders Are Determined To Have Submitted The Same Lowest Calculated Quotation/ Lowest Calculated And Responsive Quotation, The Lgu Shall Adopt And Employ “draw Lot” As The Tie-breaking Method To Finally Determine The Single Winning Provider In Accordance With Gppb Circular 06-2005 13. Liquidated Damages Equivalent To One Tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (0.1%) Of The Value Of The Goods Not Delivered Within The Prescribed Delivery Period Shall Be Imposed Per Day Of Delay. The Lgu Shall Rescind The Contract Once The Cumulative Amount Of Liquidated Damages Reaches Ten Percent (10%) Of The Amount Of The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Open To It.
