The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte, Through The 20% Df Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos And 19 /100 Only (php299,998.19) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Water System At Brgy. Gayad. For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 Local Expenditure Program, Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Appropriation Ordinance Covering The Fy 2025 Annual Budget. The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Appropriation For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Capoocan, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. If Not The Proprietor, Persons Authorized By The Supplier To Purchase And Drop Bidding Documents In His/her Behalf, Are Required To Submit A Notarized Authorization Letter Along With A Valid Identification.
