Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Leyte Municipality Of Calubian Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Installation Of Solar Street Lights Town Proper, Calubian, Leyte Contract Id: 2024-71 1. The Lgu Calubian, Leyte, Through The Ldf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P1,999,480.88 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Of Solar Street Lights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Calubian, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Not More Than 40 Days Upon The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Public Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
