The Municipality Of Calbiga, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian (20% Cdf For 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen And 50/100 Pesos Only (php2,493,214.50) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/installation Of 50 Units Solar Street Lights At Barangay San Ignacio And Calingonan, Calbiga, Samar, With Contract No. Inf-2024-007. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Calbiga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
