Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Samar Municipality Of Calbiga Invitation To Bid For Construction Of Multi-purpose Building In Barangay 4 (poblacion) Calbiga, Samar Contract No. Inf-2024-006 1. The Municipality Of Calbiga, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian (20% Cdf For 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty-eight And 94/100 Pesos Only (php998,448.94) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Multi-purpose Building In Barangay 4 (poblacion), Calbiga, Samar, With Contract No. Inf-2024-006. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Calbiga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Bac Secretariat At The Municipal General Services Office, 1st Floor, Annex Building, Calbiga, Samar And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On August 2-29, 2024 From Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos Only (php1,000.00).
