Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Laguna Municipality Of Calauan Itb No. 2024 – 33 Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Newborn Hearing/screening Otoacoustic Device 1. The Municipal Government Of Calauan, Laguna, Through The 2024 General Fund Of Current Legislative Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (p450,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Newborn Hearing/screening Otoacoustic Device. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Calauan, Laguna Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required After The Issuance Of Purchase Order And Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
