Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Of Buhi Now Invites Bids For Reblocking Of Salvacion Farm To Market Road, Zone 4, Salvacion, Buhi, Camarines Sur. Completion Of Works Is Required 56 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
