Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1 Lot Upgrading And Enhancement Of Currently Installed Legislative Management, Codification, Tracking & Information System In Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat And Vice-mayor’s Office, Bindoy, Negros Oriental Total Abc 550,000.00 The Municipality Of Bindoy Now Invites Bids For Procurement For The Upgrading And Enhancement Of Currently Installed Legislative Management, Codification & Tracking Information System. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
