The Besao Local Government Unit, Through The 2024 5% Mdrrmf Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Four Hundred Seventy-four Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-five Pesos And Seventy-two Centavos (1,474,875.72) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cluster 6: Construction Of Grouted Riprap And Drainage Canal Along Agawa-masameyeo-day-ocan Road; Construction Of Various Portion Of Critical Pathways At Banguitan; And Rehabilitation Of Various Drainage Canal At Besao West, 2024-04-21. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Besao Local Government Unit Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Besao Local Government Unit And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bids And Awards Committee Office From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On April 26, 2024 – May 20, 2024 From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Php 5,000.00 Only To The Municipal Treasurer. 6. The Besao Local Government Unit Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference For This Project On May 6, 2024 At 2:00 P.m At The Bids And Awards Committee Office. 7.
