The Lgu-bauko Through Its Annual Budget Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty-six Pesos & 35/100 (p 998,166.35) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract P – 2024 – 03: Concreting Of Municipal Oval Ground (performing Court). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract P – 2024 – 03: Concreting Of Municipal Oval Ground (performing Court). Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes But Not Limited To Provision And Installation Of 1.00 Lot Billboard, 186.62 Cu.m Removal Excavation And 611.63 Sq. M. Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (pccp). Completion Of Works Required Is 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
