Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract P – 2024 – 08: Improvement/construction And Procurement/purchase And Installation Of Pathway With Railings, Drainage, Farm To Market Road/pathways, Dap-ay Shade, Solar Street Lights And Potable Water System In Abatan, Bagnen Oriente, Bagnen Proper, Balintaugan, Bila, Mayag, Otucan Sur And Poblacion; Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes But Not Limited To Provision And Installation Of 13 Each Project Billboard/signboard, 2 Lots Miscellaneous Hardware, 6 Lots Site Preparation, 1,666.11 Kg Reinforcing Steel Bar, 18.283 Cu.m Structural Concrete, 186.26 Sq.m Painting Works, 79 L.m. Perimeter Fence, 27.34 Cu.m Structural Excavation, 22.08 Sq.m Formworks And False Works, 24.3 M. Fabricated Metal Roofing Accessory, 392 Bd.ft Wooden Truss, 292 Bd.ft Carpentry Works, 117.56 Sq.m Plastering, 3 L.s. Removal Of Structures And Obstruction, Existing Typical Riprap, 15 L.m Lined Canal, 1 Sq.m Clearing And Grubbing, 10 Each Solar Led Street Light, 18.27 Cu.m Roadway Excavation, 21.79 Cu.m Embankment From Roadway Excavation, 0.36 Cu.m Aggregate Base Coarse, 31.92 Cu.m Grouted Riprap, 31.13 Cu.m Stone Masonry, 1 Lot Waterline Pipe, 37 Sq.m Portland Cement And Concrete Pavement And 1 Lot Handrail. Completion Of Works Required Is 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. The Lgu-bauko Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On July 2, 2024 @ 9:15 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province On Or Before July 16, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 18. Bid Opening Shall Be On July 16, 2024 @ 9:15 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of The Bidder’s Or Their Authorized Representatives Who Choose To Attend At The Aforementioned Address. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. The Lgu-bauko Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 41 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
