Drainage, Health Station, Comfort Rooms, Pathway With Railings/roofing Of Pathways & Water Tank And Purchase & Installation Of Solar Street Lights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract P – 2024 – 09: Rehabilitation/improvement And Construction Of Bridge, Fmr. Drainage, Health Station, Comfort Rooms, Pathway With Railings/roofing Of Pathways & Water Tank And Purchase & Installation Of Solar Street Lights In Banao, Lagawa, Guinzadan Norte And Guinzadan Central; Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes The Following: Provision And Installation Of 12.00 Lots Billboard, 56.36 Cu. M. Structure Excavation, 53.61 Cu. M. Structural Concrete, 5,191.39 Kg. Rsb, 1.00 Lot Plumbing & Fixture, 51.99 Cu. M. Grouted Riprap, 6.14 Cu. M. Aggregate Base Course, 17.00 L. M. Curb & Gutter, 52.55 Sq. M. Pcc Shoulder, 37.90 Sq. M. Glazed Tiles & Trims, 7.81 Cu. M. Concrete Work, 16.32 Sq. M. Cement Plaster Finish, 35.87 Sq. M. Masonry Work And 64.82 Sq. M. Chb Non-load Bearing/load Bearing (including Reinforcing Steel). Completion Of Works Required Is 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4. The Lgu-bauko Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On July 02, 2024 @ 9:15 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province On Or Before July 16, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 18. Bid Opening Shall Be On July 16, 2024 @ 9:15 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of The Bidder’s Or Their Authorized Representatives Who Choose To Attend At The Aforementioned Address. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. The Lgu-bauko Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 41 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
