The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Bila (blgu - Bila), Bauko, Mountain Province Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko As Their Procuring Agent, Intends To Apply The Amount Of Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Six Pesos & 21/100 (p 580,956.21) From Their Annual Budget Cy 2023 And Trust Fund As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract B Package 2024 – 03: Procurement And Installation Of Solar Street Lights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bac Of Lgu-bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract B Package 2024 – 03: Procurement And Installation Of Solar Street Lights In Bila, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes The Following: Provision And Installation Of 1.00 Each Billboard, 1.00 Lump Sum Clearing & Grubbing, 15.00 Each Solar Led Street Light, 15.00 Cu. M. Structure Excavation, 6.02 Structural Concrete, 263.48 Kg. Reinforcing Steel For Reinforced Concrete Structure, 21.60 Sq. M. Formwork & False Work And 44.29 Sq. M. Painting Work. Completion Of Works Required Is 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
