The Barangay Local Government Unit (blgu) Barangay Monamon Norte, Bauko, Mountain Province Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko As Their Procuring Agent, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos & 32/100 (p 857,769.32) From Their Cy 2024 Annual Budget As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract B Package 2024 – 09: Construction And Improvement Of Parking Space, Drainage And Pathways. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bac Of Lgu-bauko Now Invites Bids For The Contract B Package 2024 – 09: Construction And Improvement Of Parking Space, Drainage And Pathways In Monamon Norte, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope Of Works To Be Accomplished Includes But Not Limited To: Provision And Installation Of 8.00 Each Billboard, 8 Lot Site Preparation, 10.06 Cu. M. Structural Concrete, 310.97 Kg. Rsb, 2.73 Cu. M. Hand Laid Rock Embankment, 564.91 Sq. M. Pccp And 73.5 Sq. M Ceramic Tiles. Completion Of Works Required Is 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. The Lgu-bauko Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On November 28, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province On Or Before December 10, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 18.
