The Lgu - Bauko In Partnership With The Department Of Science And Technology Intends To Apply The Amount Of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (p 490,250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The Contract G – 2024 - 07: Purchase And Installation Of One (1) Set Solar Power System. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Bauko Now Invites Bids For G – 2024 - 07: Purchase And Installation Of One (1) Set Solar Power System @ Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province. Delivery Period For The Goods Required Is 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act.
