Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. General Scaffolding & Shoring, 1.00 Lot/3.06 Sq. M. Formwork & False Work, 10.96 Cu. M. Bridge Excavation, 0.98 Sq. M. Chb Non-load Bearing (100mm Thick) And 40.00 Sq. M. Pccp. Completion Of Works Required Is 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of Lgu-bauko, Abatan, Bauko, Mountain Province On Or Before September 24, 2024 @ 9:00 A.m. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 18. The Lgu-bauko Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 41 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
