The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Basco, Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 23,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Project “design And Build For The Construction Of Basco Sanitary Landfill Facility”/infra. No. 2024-02. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Basco Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Intended Completion Date Of The Works Is Within Three Hundred Sixty Calendar Days (360 C.d.), Starting Seven (7) Cds Upon Receipt By The Contractor Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
