Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. 2. The Municipality Of Bantayan Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For Research, Study, And Training On Values Formation, Family Values, Backyard Household Food Production And Food Handling, And Family Orientation . Eligibility Documents Of Interested Consultants Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat On Or Before 2:00 Pm Of November 28, 2024 At The Office Of The Bids & Awards Committee (bac) On The 2nd Floor Of The Municipality Of Bantayan Executive Building. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184.
