The Municipality Of Banaybanay, Through The Sglgif 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php.1,800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction And Installation Of Solar Led Lights At Barangay Poblacion, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental With An Identification Number Of Infra-2-2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Banaybanay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
