Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. • The Municipality Of Balungao Now Invites Bids For The Improvement Of Municipal Park For The Annual Cultural Celebration Of This Municipality. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Improvement.
