The Local Government Unit Of Bagumbayan, Through The Municipal Supplemental Budget No.1 Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Twenty Three Pesos Only (p 247,023.00). Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Various Construction Materials For The Construction Of Genderized Comfort Room Outside Rhu At Municipal Site, Bagumbayan Sultan Kudarat [2024 – 384]. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Bagumbayan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 10 Days Upon The Receipt Of P.o. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
