The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through 2023 – 20% Development Fund (bdaf) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty Nine And 82/100 Pesos Only (₱399,649.82) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Multi-purpose Building, Brgy. Exclusions: Plastering Works, Wooden Doors And Windows, Painting Works, Electrical Works & Plumbing Works). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Multi-purpose Building, Brgy. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Thirty Five (35) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
