The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag, Through The 2023-20% Bdaf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos & .05 Centavos (₱399,910.05) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Street Lights Villa Coloma, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (construction Of Footing And Pedestal And Installation Of 33 Sets Integrated Solar Street Lightings). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Installation Of Street Lights Villa Coloma, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (construction Of Footing And Pedestal And Installation Of 33 Sets Integrated Solar Street Lightings). Delivery Of The Project Is Required By Twenty Nine (29) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
