The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag, Through The Sef Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱254,750.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase & Delivery Of Information & Communication Technology Equipment (6 Unit Laptop Core I3-1215u, V15 G3 Iap, 8gb, 512 Gb Nvme Ssd, Windows 10 Home 15.6 Fhd 1920x1080p, 3 Unit Printer Multifunctional, Print, Xerox And Scan & 5 Unit Printer, Single Function) Lgu, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Purchase & Delivery Of Information & Communication Technology Equipment Lgu, Bagabag Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery Of The Project Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
