The Lgu-bacacay, Albay, Through Da Capital Outlay Balance 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Nine Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-six Pesos & 81/100 (₽2,947,976.81) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation/improvement Of Irrigation Facilities (public Bidding No. 2024-029) At Barangay Bonga, Bacacay, Albay. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Diversion Dam/irrigation Canal. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
