Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 7 Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
