The Lgu-bacacay, Albay, Through Capital Outlay Balance 2023 & Ldf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Three Hundred Forty-eight Pesos & 78/100 (₱4,963,348.78) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of National Child Development Center (ncdc)/project No. 2024-039 At Barangay Napao, Bacacay, Albay. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of National Child Development Center (ncdc)/project No. 2024-039. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
