The Lgu-bacacay, Albay, Through The Gf Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-nine Pesos &36/100 (₱1,313,349.36) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies (public Bidding Number 2024-061) At Bacacay, Albay. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 7 Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
