The Lgu-bacacay, Albay, Through The Gf Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-four Pesos (₱343,674.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Catering Services Of Various Activities And Meetings Of Mayor's Office (public Bidding Number 2024-017) At Bacacay, Albay. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 7 Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
