The Local Government Unit Of Aurora, Through The 2020 Tobacco Excise Tax Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Million Pesos Only (p30,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Two (2) Storey Eight (8) Classroom School Building-dalig Kalinga Elementary School Located At Dalig Kalinga, Aurora, Isabela With Project Identification Number 2024-infra-01-117. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Aurora Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Four Hundred (400) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Five (5) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
