The Local Government Unit Of Aurora, Through The Tobacco Excise Tax 2019 Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Pesos (php9,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehabilitation Of Roads, Provincial Road (sta. Rosa Section) Located At Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Aurora, Isabela With Project Identification Number 2024-infra-08-1720 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Aurora Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety-nine (99) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Five (5) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
