The Local Government Unit Of Aurora, Through The 20%develeopment Fund Of Barangay Kalabaza, Aurora, Isabela Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Pesos & 40/100 Only (p343,275.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Solar Street Lights Located At Kalabaza, Aurora, Isabela With Project Identification Number 2024-infra-01-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Aurora Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Five (5) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
