Opening Of Bids – February 4, 2025 @ 10:00am. All Particulars Relative To Procurement Process Shall Be Conducted In Accordance With Ra 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Reform Procurement Act And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr).
