Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Masical Amulung, Cagayan Now Supply And Delivery Of Hardware And Construction Supplies For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Hall At Masical, Amulung Cagayan . Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
