Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Calintaan, Amulung Cagayan Now Invites Bids For Improvement Of Barangay Hall At Calintaan Amulung Cagayan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
