The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. Receipt Of Eligibility Requirements : January 27, 2025 / 02:30pm 3. Submission/opening Of Bids : January 27, 2025 / 03:00 Pm The Bac Will Issue To Prospective Bidders Eligibility Forms And Bidding Documents At The Municipal Hall, Upon Their Payment Of A Non-refundable Amount Of Php5000.00 To The Municipal Treasurer. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Eligibility Requirements And Bid Documents To The Bac At The Above-stated Schedule And Address. All Bids Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Security Equivalent To 2% Of The Abc For Cash, Manager’s Check, Bank Draft And Irrevocable Letter Of Credit Issued By A Commercial Or Universal Bank; And 5% Of The Abc For Surety Bond. The Municipality Of Allacapan Assumes No Responsibility Whatsoever To Compensate Of Indemnify Bidders For Any Expenses Incurred In The Preparation Of Their Bids.
