Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From The Date The Supplier Received A Copy Of The Purchase Order Fully Signed By The Contracting Parties.
