Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Alitagtag Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Food And Refreshment For The Delegates Of The 2024 Lgu Alitagtag Culture And Arts Summit At Alitagtag, Batangas. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty- Two (22) Calendar Days From The Date The Supplier Received A Copy Of The Purchase Order Fully Signed By The Contracting Parties. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instruction To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail”criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184.
