Fund Approved Budget For The Contract: Php6,196,084.00 Issuance Of Bidding Documents: May 10, 2024 – June 5, 2023 Pcab License Required: C & D Contract Completion Period: 370 Calendar Days 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 3.
