Description The Municipal Government Of Atok, Benguet Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Packaged Catering Services And Accommodation During The Training On Capacity Development On October 3-4, 2024 To Be Held Outside Of The Municipality With The Following Description: 1. 1 Lot Package Catering Services And Accommodation For Two (2) Days Date: October 3-4, 2024 No. Of Participants: 30 Pax Catering Services: Meals: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunch And 1 Dinner Snacks: 2 Am Snacks And 2 Pm Snacks Accommodation: One (1) Night Lodging • Inclusive Of Use Of Function Hall, Lcd Projector And Sound System • With Overflowing Arabica Coffee And Hot/cold Drinking Water Note: 1. All Envelopes Shall Be Properly Labeled And Provided With Ear Tags/index Tabs For Every Document Submitted In The Bid Documents.
