The subject of the Order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a playground at Public Kindergarten No. 35, Ul. Bp. J. Pelczara 3 in Rzeszów on plot no. 208. The Scope of Works includes: 1) Earthworks, 2) Purchase, delivery and assembly of play equipment and elements of street furniture, 3) Execution of a polyurethane and sand surface, 4) Hardening of the area with concrete paving stones and edges, 5) Land development of the area, 6) Accompanying works necessary for the proper implementation of the investment. The basis for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement is the Notification of Construction or Other Construction Works of April 7, 2023 and the Certificate of Lack of Grounds for Objecting to the Intent to Perform Construction Works of April 12, 2023. The Subject of the Order includes the execution of all basic and accompanying of construction works, services and deliveries, related to the performance of the order, described in the Swz, resulting from the applicable provisions of law and the developed design documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is specified in the Detailed Design and Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting the Appendix to the Swz. The obligations of the Contractor are specified in the Draft Agreement. The Employer attaches the Bill of Quantities, and at the same time informs that the quantities of construction works indicated in the Bills of Quantities are indicative, constitute auxiliary material in order to approximate the technology of execution of the Works and are to inform the Contractors only about the nature and approximate size of the Order. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is defined by: 1. Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 2. Execution designs, 3. Draft provisions of the Agreement together with Annexes. Constituting Annexes to the Specification.
