The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in electrical transmission or sub-transmission and distribution sector. The bidder needs to provide details of completed work of project execution, including the name of the project, cost of the project, and percentage of cost with respect to the estimated cost of this bid. The bidder should have experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 60,39,95,142/-, with the works under the above two contracts being completed works only. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 60,39,95,142/-, with the works under the above three contracts being completed works only. For Joint Ventures (JVs), the requirements are that collectively, the JV partners should meet the criteria of projects mentioned above, and each JV partner should have completed at least 1 contract costing not less than Rs. 60,39,95,142/-. The experience in similar works refers to projects executed in one or more sectors, including electrical transmission sector, sub-transmission sector, and electrical distribution sector. The type of construction works undertaken should be of the nature of one or more of the following: EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, distribution transformers, and substations. However, experience in only LT lines would not be considered eligible. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 70% of the cost, 40% of the cost, and 30% of the cost, which are mentioned in the context of JVs, where partners can put together their experience to meet the qualification requirements.
