The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The similar works mean any completed works of Civil works for any city in India, in government/semi-government departments, with specific requirements such as excavation of 21700 cum of earthwork, RCC Work of 81 Cum, and Sludge removal in drain/SWD with 4633 Cum. Additionally, the bidder should have a cumulative annual turnover for the last five years, with details of major contracts executed during these years. The bidder's bidding capacity is calculated based on their annual turnover of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder is also required to submit details of works of similar type and magnitude carried out by them, including the cost in Rs. for three, two, and one similar works. The bidder needs to provide details of ongoing works, including the name of the work, work order amount, date of work order, date of completion, percentage of work completed, and reasons for delay. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - 15% of the estimated cost for the solvency certificate - 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost for similar completed works - 25 percent of the value of the contract, which the applicant should have access to, or have available, in terms of liquid assets or credit facilities, with the value of the contract mentioned as Rs. 5844009/-. - 10% of the initial contract price, rounded off to the nearest thousand, as the maximum limit of liquidated damages for delay in completion of work.
