The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific cost requirements. The bidder should have completed either three similar works with work-wise costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two similar works with work-wise costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one similar work with costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of up to 75% of the annual amount of the cost of the due contract for the last 5 years. The bidder should also have completed at least laying pipeline work, with a certificate obtained from an officer of the rank of Executive Engineer. A CA-certified copy of the last 5 years' annual turnover is required.
