The bidder should have a minimum of 25% of the contract value as liquid assets, which is Rs. 1,35,10,841/-. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than 1 crore. The bidder should have a satisfactory performance record, with no history of abandoning work, rescinding contracts, or financial failures. The bidder should have experience in similar works, with a contract value of more than 1 crore, and should have completed such works within the stipulated period. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and credit facilities up to 25% of the contract value, which is Rs. 1,35,10,841/-. The bidder should have a sound financial position, with a long-term profitability record, and should have submitted audited balance sheets for the last seven years. The bid capacity will be more applicable for works costing more than 1 crore.
