The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having suitably qualified personnel with specific experience in similar works. The experience requirements for different positions are as follows: - Construction Manager (Pipeline Works): 5 years of total experience, 2 years of experience in similar works, and 1 year of experience as Construction Manager of similar works. - Project Engineer (Civil): 3 years of total experience, 2 years of experience in similar works. - Supervisor: 5 years of total experience, 2 years of experience in similar works. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works in the last 7 years. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The annual average turnover for the last 3 years should be a minimum of Rs. 1252.83 Lacs. The bidder should also have a solvency certificate of an amount up to 20% of the tendered estimated cost.
