The bidder should provide details of work done as a prime contractor during the last seven years, including the value of the contract. The available bid capacity will be worked out based on the maximum value of similar works executed in any one year during the last five years, with an escalation factor applied. The estimate put to tender is Rs. 2,99,99,875.40, and the percentages of similar works completed are 80%, 50%, and 40%.
