The bidder should have an experience certificate of Day to Day O & M of minimum 3 years’ period for Smooth running of 450 HP and above VT pumps at least two pumps running at a time and Day to Day O & M of all required Panel work. Additionally, the bidder must have an experience certificate of Day to Day O & M of minimum 3 years’ period for Smooth running & maintaining of 33/3.3 KV HT substation and allied works. The contractor should have experience of all above works in single contract. The bidder should have experience of successful completion and commissioning of the works with any Govt. /Semi Govt. / corporation or equivalent organization. The experience of each work should be under single agreement. Specifically, the bidder should have an Experience Certificate from an authority not below the rank of Commissioner or Water Engineer or Chief Officer of having successfully completed work under one single contract of Operation & Maintenance of as per scope of work for minimum 3 years. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
