The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 07 years. The similar works should be in the field of civil works construction of buildings, HT/LT Electrical & ELV Works, and should have a minimum configuration such as Park, Jogger’s track, outdoor sports complex, etc. / Large landscaping involving hardscape & softscape including water features, etc / Public plaza development / Road Side beautification projects. The bidder must have: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to bid, which is Rs. 2,82,38,832 (40% of Rs. 7,05,97,081). - Or Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the bid, which is Rs. 3,52,98,540 (50% of Rs. 7,05,97,081). - Or One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to the bid, which is Rs. 5,64,77,865 (80% of Rs. 7,05,97,081). The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 07 years, with the following requirements: - For ONE work according to 80.00% of estimated cost, which is Rs. 5,64,77,865. - For TWO work(S) according to 50.00% of estimated cost, which is Rs. 3,52,98,540. - For THREE work(S) according to 40.00% of estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,82,38,832. The bidder shall submit a statement showing similar works completed in the last 07 years, along with notarized copies of completion certificates, indicating name of work, nature of work, start date, completion date, work done amount, and remarks of successful completion of the work.
